It's been awhile!

Well it has definitely been awhile since my last post. Things have been going really well in the photography area and also in general.

In November I took some pictures of Kelsey



and also of Kylie, a senior from Shawnee Mission South.



Everyone has been thrilled with the pictures and the word is starting to spread. I can't wait for either some snow or for spring to hurry up and get here so I can keeping shooting those seniors. I recently purchased a new Canon 5D and 24-105mm lens. It is absolutely amazing.

Schoool

Well, school has started, but everything is finally calming down as I settle in. After being without internet for awhile, I am back up and turning out the pictures again. Sorry to everyone who's order was delayed, they should be going out shortly!

Back

Well after a great trip around Colorado and another to Yosemite I am back. Check back in a bit for some pictures of the adventure.

Pretty good week

Well orders have started trickling in from the baseball tournament. I was also asked to shoot another individual game which turned out well. I have sent a bunch of prints to the printer, so hopefully those come in tomorrow. The prints have been looking amazing lately so hopefully it stays that way. AJ have been working on some tables lately and wil be painting them today. I'm leaving on Tuesday for Colorado and then when I get back I will be off to yosemite. So it will be busy, but lots of fun for me from now until school starts. Then hopefully I will get some more photo jobs and stay busy with that.

Tuesday

I got Kelsey's pictures done yesterday and she seems to be happy with them! See them here
I also had my first orders placed on my website, so I have been working on those along with designing some business cards. I caddied for my brother earlier today in the Kansas Amatuer. More golf and photo editing tomorrow!

Busy

Well it was a busy weekend, which is great for me. The baseball All-Star games turned out pretty well considering the situation. Me shooting 4 games at the same time is a little tough. It makes it hard to get into a rhythm. I like to shoot sports, but on a more individualized basis. I am going to get Kelsey's pictures done tomorrow, so check back for those. I got to go caddy for my younger brother Alex today and will be doing that for most of the week. Then hopefully off to Colorado and Yosemite!

Amazing

Things have been going amazing lately. I put Lauren's pics up on facebook and showed them to her mom. Everyone loves them! I love it when people enjoy my photos. I then went and shot a baseball tourney. Much harder as 4 teams were playing at the same time. I am editing those right now, and will hopefully get Kelsey's pics done as well. I couldn't be happier!

First Shoot

Today I had my first senior shoot with Lauren. It went amazing, It couldn't have gone any better. Haven't looked at the pics on the computer yet, but I am sure they will be fantastic. She really enjoyed looking at them in the car. We headed up North to a few small towns she had seen while driving earlier in the week. I've always enjoyed going to new places. Hey Everyone!

Thanks for checking out my blog and coming to see what exciting things are going on. Well the website is almost all set-up. I am shooting an All-Star baseball tourney on Friday and Saturday, along with two senior photo shoots. Things have been going really well lately thanks to my drive and great support from my friends and family.

I did an informal shoot with my twin cousins that stopped by yesterday so those will be the first images. Check back soon for more updates!
